Whilst many skip companies are unable to help with hazardous waste, we're different. Hazardous waste isn't something you can put in a skip, but it is something we can still take care of for you.
Hazardous waste we can help with includes:
-
Asbestos
-
Paint
-
Fluorescent tubes
-
Gas cylinders
-
Electrical waste
This is our bread and butter. Our sister company, B&W Waste Management Services Ltd, is one of the UK's leading waste management companies, specialising in recovering hazardous waste all around the nation. So while these items can't go in a skip, we can still arrange safe, compliant disposal on your behalf.

Plasterboard is accepted in our skips, but it's classed separately from general waste and may incur an additional charge. This is because plasterboard must be disposed of in line with strict environmental regulations, which require it to be segregated from other waste streams to prevent the release of hydrogen sulphide gas when broken down in landfill. If your skip will contain plasterboard, please let us know at the time of booking so we can advise on pricing and ensure it's handled correctly and compliantly.
An additional bag will be provided.
If you don't have space for a skip on your own driveway or private land, we can arrange a road permit to have it placed on the public highway instead. Permits are organised on your behalf with the local council for an additional charge, which varies depending on the size of skip you require.
Road permits can be arranged for:
-
4 yard skips
-
6 yard skips
-
8 yard skips
-
12 yard skips
Please let us know at the time of booking if you'll need a road permit, as this can take a few days to process with the council. Our team will confirm the cost for your specific skip size and location before you go ahead, so there are no surprises.
